I see digital technologies much more as indispensable tools in enabling an even more patient-focused approach. By making high-quality care more widely available, they contribute to the democratization of healthcare, as well.<\/p>\n<p>After seeing the power of digital technologies to deliver personalized medicine at scale, there will be no turning back.<\/p>\n<p>The adoption of digital technologies in healthcare has been years in the making. What\u2019s different now is that we&#8217;ve reached the inflection point in expectations among consumers and providers. That\u2019s why 2021 will be the year healthcare truly embraces (and implements) the idea of \u201cdigital first\u201d.
